Arthur was born in Peterborough and has lived there his whole life apart from during his degree. He has a degree in Criminology, where he specialised in terrorism and extremism. Prior to joining aa Chartered Accountants, he worked for four years in customer service on the railways. Due to family involvement, he has also worked with Girlguiding for many years and assisted with fundraising events.

As part of his marketing apprenticeship, Arthur will be promoting the businesses and making social media content. He enjoys creating graphics on a variety of topics.

On a personal level, Arthur is a keen Arsenal supporters. He plays four instruments and is fond of punk music. Additionally, he freelances for publications on different political subjects.
